Overall, the stay was good and everything turned out okay. However, it would have been helpful to be notified ahead of time that the elevator was not working due to ongoing renovations. My daughter recommended this place since she goes to school nearby, and it is a decent option. The staff was pleasant and accommodating, which I appreciated. During my stay, there was a severe hail storm that unfortunately caused damage to my vehicle. Of course, I understand that this was completely out of the hotel’s control—an unexpected act of nature—and many guests were just as surprised and understandably upset. Aside from that situation, the trip was eventful but enjoyable. My only suggestion would be to communicate renovation updates more clearly to guests before arrival so they know what to expect. Other than that, it was a great stay.

The breakfast had limited choices and the quality of everything but the packaged yogurt was very low. The eggs and the biscuits and gravy were not eatable and were probably unhealthy.

The breakfast was pretty bad. The “egg patty” words should not be used together. The egg was a star shaped powdered egg flour ball. Not good at all. And, chicken sausage should never be created little only served. It was awful. Looking at alternatives.

When we were told the elevator was not working, we requested a ground floor room and were accomodated with a ground floor room. Our room was very spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had many choices and was very good.

Front desk guy was super cool, check in was easy and smooth. Rooms were pretty gross, lots of bug reports on Google. The elevator was down, and we've since seen several others mention this over the past four months. The price wasn't worth it to me honestly, and I would simply recommend any of the other dozen or so hotels in the area. Surely one of them is nice.

We arrived very very late. Early in the morning. I called and told them and they made sure to give us a ground floor room near the door so we wouldn’t bother anyone perhaps and to be able to slip in quietly. Hotel was extremely clean, modern and extremely comfy bed and pillows. Our dog even got a treat bag. Exceptional hotel and management. We will return! Didn’t get to have breakfast because we were still asleep but didn’t hear anyone! And the coffee was freshly brewed in the beautiful clean lobby when we departed.

Terrible experience. The elevator was broken and took forever to get a room on ground level due to two of our parties having walking disabilities. Then things were broken in the room such as the door handle to the bathroom the top of the air-conditioning unit the room itself was not fully clean as there were still hairs left in the bathroom. The hot tub heaters were broken and then they kicked us out of the breakfast room after breakfast was over when we just wanted to sit at a table as there was no other tables available inside on the property. They also overcharged me and would not deal with the fact that they did that they just kept telling me to talk to the third-party I booked through, avoid this place.
