I had the family room. There were only 2 towels when I arrived. I had to wait 8 hours just for towels. The tub wouldn’t drain correctly it took 24 hours just for them to fix. The sink started leaking. The microwave in the main area was filthy. It was pizza boxes and chips all throughout the common ...

The toilet was clogged and since it was late on Saturday night, it was impossible to get it dealt with. Thank goodness there was a public bathroom elsewhere in the building. Overall it was a good advertisement for staying in a hotel.
