「The good from the stay is we received a full refund from VRBO/Property Management within 3 days of our cancelling the property. Upon arrival we found the entire property very dirty, towels were in the stand up shower on the floor dirty & wet. 「Great spot to stay in Newburyport. Walkable to all downtown restaurants and the Clipper rail trail. Quiet room itself, kinda like an “efficiency” apartment. Everything was clean and up to date. The pictures are accurate. Parking is limited and tight - I was lucky to park each night, but it’s close to overnight parking should you need it.」
