「Stayed at Darwin House and the experience was pretty poor. The room I originally booked was already being used by another guest, with her belongings everywhere, so I was moved to Room 1. The phone number provided for help wasn't even in service at the time. The property itself is filthy - the room was just about liveable for one night, but I didn't feel comfortable sleeping in the sheets. 「Booked on the day and confirmation came through. On arrival at the property I hadn’t received the access code. After several phone calls and a chat with a Virtual Assistant. It transpired that the room was occupied. Expedia when contacted apologised and said It would be resolved in the next 72 hours.Thiis is of no help when you need a room at the time VERY DISAPPOINTING. 「I was the worst place I've been to. I could not get into the room. I took over an hour to before someone made contact but I still couldn't get into the room. The bathrooms were dirty and chairs were broken and the were empty bottles in the corridors. I would not recommend anyone stay here.」
