10/10 Excellent

"I really liked this Motel 6. Very convenient, safe, comfortable, good clientele. I was hoping to get to enjoy the lake and walking trail just across the street but the weather didn't allow it. I did wait out the storm having breakfast in the nice little diner next door. I would definitely stay here again if passing through. "

"This is truly an amazing property, and I believe it is the best place to stay in Fort Smith. The staff fulfilled every request I had, and I especially want to recognize Melissa and her team for their exceptional service. The property feels new, and the diversity of rooms clearly meets a wide range of needs. I also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, which was always freshly prepared. The 24-hour availability of cookies and coffee was a wonderful touch, and I was particularly impressed by the extensive selection of coffee flavors. Thank you for a wonderful experience."

"We had to leave a day early bc my husband was getting welps all over his body face neck arms legs not sure y and then didn’t even get reimbursed for the day we didn’t stay they said they don’t do that. The first night we was there I was having to kill roaches, and there amities are not right for example it says they give u vouchers for breakfast they didn’t, they said they don’t do that either and it says in room massages they don’t do that either. They need to update picture’s and there amenities bc nothing matched. "

"This large hotel only had two luggage carts. When we arrived they were all in use. We waited in the lobby for over 30 minutes. I asked for a manager and took a seat. A woman arrived and stood around the desk, not seeming to have a goal. Finally I asked if she was the manager. By this time my husband had gone to the parking garage and found a cart and the other patron returned the second cart. I asked the manager if she could compensate us for our long wait, possibly a buy one get one at one of their three restaurants. She said she couldn't do anything because I wasn't a member. Obviously I'm not a member because I am from out of state. I asked if she could refund a few dollars off our room. She said she couldn't do that. All she could do was apologize. I finally asked if we could keep the ice packs from our coolers in one of the freezers there because the small room fridge didn't have a freezer compartment. She took my room number and said she would check and get back with me about the ice packs but she never called my room. I felt it was really terrible customer service and I feel that they need more luggage carts."
