"The only problem this hotel had, you cannot control air conditioning from your room and it is controlled by the reception desk which no matter how many times we complained they didn’t put it at the temperature we had requested. We couldn’t open the windows and we had to ask them come and unlock the window for us."

"Room was okay. The staff was not helpful instead said to pay upfront even though i selected pay later options. Also i booked the room because ad said they have parking spaces but when i asked for it they refused and told me to park outside somewhere. When i asked to park outside where they didn't helped me and that led to parking ticket for me since i am an outsider i was not helped how to do so. Worst experience and fined 200 euro because of no help"

Convenient location in residential area close to bus and tube routes, restaurants, supermarkets etc. Easy commute or energetic walk into town. Stockholm is stunning with so much to see and do, Apartment block felt very secure and area felt safe. "I booked this for my mother's stay for my wedding. She loved the room and the place. It's vlose to both station, grocery store and where me and my wife lives. Only problem I had was when using the self-checkin system: there was NO physical key in the lockbox. Thankfully I was there early - at 14:00 - and a maid there saw me struggling. She helped me get the key from the reception - which was not manned due to short staffing. I hope things improve."

"Really great stay at your hotel. The only drawback was having to stay in a smaller room on the first night as our booked room was given to someone else as we arrived really late. The staff were very helpful and made up for this by offering us vouchers and use of their spa room and infinity pool. Metro stop right next to hotel was excellent too.
