Overall, it was okey. Close to many of the great old city centre sights. Most amenities in the room were good. We were missing any sort of towel to dry dishes, like a tea towel. Detractor was general cleanliness. The coffee table was not cleaned properly or well as we could see numerous cup rings from previous stays. We could see a significant buildup of dust on the air duct in the main space. Made us wonder about what we couldn’t see. The sofa bed was hard to sit in as the pillows and extra towels were stuffed into the bed itself. Better to leave these things in any of the various storage cabinets, of which there are many. This was another good thing about it. But again, we only discovered what the problem with the sofa was once we prepared to sleep for the night. Simple fix, so please fix it.

The apartments were recently refurbishes and helped with the overall beautiful stockholm experience! The check in is completely done in remote by the staff and that might not be the most easily understandable thing at first, but later we got the hang of it. The apartment itself was small and cozy but it was good for 3 people max. The beds were surpisingly comfortable

Excellent location. Lots of stairs but we did get our exercise climbing them. When you get to apartment press door bell and you will be assisted ( wish we knew that earlier). Once they provide you with code to enter into foyer, virtual attendant will get your room keys set up - they have a machine on site. Enjoy this place. I would stay here again

Not enough toilet paper or bath towels. Could use dish cloths for kitchen to wipe down surfaces. No kitchen towels for drying. Lovely area to stay at our room was thankfully on first floor.

Skøn lejlighed i hjertet af Stockholm. Nemt at komme i kontakt med dem som administrerer lejligheden. Lejligheden var pæn og der var rent og rart. Gode køkken og bade faciliter.

While room the size of a closet was clean and conveniently situated, picture and promotion of property was deceptive. Did I say room and amenities were tiny? Poorly ventilated as well. Also, be aware that it is accessed up 6 floors of narrow stone spiral stairwell.

La limpieza perfecta. Las camas y almohadas muy comodas. Acceso a internet sin problema. Ubicacion al 50 m. Del Museo Nobel. La cocina muy mal equipada. No habia cubiertos, platos, cafetera, papel de cocina.

This aparthotel has great potential, but my stay was less than ideal. As noted by other reviewers, the lack of communication from the host made things more challenging. The hotel is centrally located in Gamla Stan, but cars can’t drop you off directly due to zoning. Our cab dropped us 1/3 miles (500 meters) away, and we had to carry 3 large bags up cobblestone streets. Once familiar with the area, we found a closer spot (200m away), but a heads-up would have been helpful. There’s no reception, which is fine, but we struggled to get in. We waited from 2 until 3 PM for another guest to let us in after our call via the Ring camera went unanswered. Only after trying a second camera inside, we finally checked in. The room was in good shape, but there were some issues: the bed consisted of two small beds pushed together, not a queen. The bedroom was cramped, barely enough room to move around. The blinds didn’t stay down, making the proximity to the neighboring building uncomfortable. Additionally, there was no air conditioning, and with temperatures around 22-25°C (71-77°F), we had to leave the windows open. However, outside noise from people, church bells and early trash collection made sleep difficult. No room service during our 4-night stay, despite requesting fresh towels. We were also told we couldn't store our bags at the hotel. Overall, the aparthotel feels more like a side hustle. Clearer guest instructions via email could improve the experience.
