House is close bij the beach and shops

We were welcomed friendly at the house, made a early check in possible. This was a great help.The house is outdated hasn't had proper maintance, beds are terrible. 2 rooms out of 4 have a airco.The living room was oke, couch has holes.Kitchen has everything you need, had a problem with the boiler,but this was very vast fixed. The pool is good,decent size, just don't lean on the outside because it might break.Overal, the service is great, nice agency, but the house needs a little love and repair. Lots of broken things. Curtains, couch, outside blinds.....
