This villa has everything necessary for a comfortable stay: fully equipped independent kitchen, air conditioning, terrace, barbecue, fenced plot, outdoor furniture, washing machine and private swimming pool (not available from 1 November to 30 March) where you can enjoy the climate of the Costa Dorada.

Pets are allowed (except potentially dangerous breeds).

Young groups (under 30 years old) are not accepted.

Smoking is not permitted.

A deposit of €1,000 with a credit card will also be required. Refundable 7 days after departure.

Internet connection via WIFI is a service that the company offers free of charge for actions that consume a not very high amount of data.
