"Parking is always very secure huge structure inside with plenty of security. Cleaning staff and front desk is very nice. However, servers at the buffet need better. Customer service waiters are great though the room looked clean, but if you take off your shoes, you can fill the dirt on the floor. The windows did not have a protection screen and we were upstairs. We did have my five-year-old so that was pretty scary since we didn’t find that out until my 15-year-old told me there’s no screen."

"Been coming here for over 20 years and never disappointed. Staff is great. Food at the restaurant is always top notch. Drinks at the pool is our favorite👍 the only thing is that the room feels dated because of the green carpet from the 80s"
