「The pirate retreat is a great spot. Yes there could be some fixes here and there but the view and feeling like you’re floating above the waves more than makes up for some deferred maintenance. The retreat I would give five stars but for the overall property I need to deduct one star as there were big parties which took over the rest of the property and made the other amenities that usable. 「This house was a perfect place to enjoy a week with family! The pool, spa, and fire pit were enjoyed daily; the kitchen well equipped for many at home meals; the bedrooms and bathrooms comfortable and serene. We were well warned about construction noise, which was the only drawback. Next time those houses will be complete, and we definitely want to return! Your dining options for them are excellent actually better that many restaurants around the area, every day we had pretty much everything on the breakfast menu and it was absolutely delicious.
