Step inside this peaceful retreat, where cleanliness meets tasteful decor, bathing in abundant natural light. We've designed our space with your comfort in mind, featuring two cozy queen-size beds for a restful sleep, and a fully equipped kitchen to satisfy your cooking adventures.

Enjoy your favorite shows on the 55" Smart TVs located in the living room and master bedroom, or stay connected with our high-speed WiFi, perfect for remote working or some leisurely browsing.

The upstairs unit is also occupied, and we do our best to make sure noise levels stay at a low level. Please reach out to the host if noise levels from upstairs are too loud and we will be happy to help get things quieted down.

Parking is seamless with your private driveway located right next to the entrance. Enjoy privacy with our self-check-in process and the independence of your own space.

HOUSE RULES & REGULATIONS Kitchenware Policy: All kitchenware must remain within the premises at all times. Removal or misuse is strictly prohibited and may result in additional fees or penalties. Fire Safety: No burning of candles, incense, or other open flames is allowed. Smoking, vaping, or the use of marijuana products within the premises is strictly prohibited. Guest Conduct: Parties, events, or large gatherings are expressly prohibited. Quiet hours are observed daily from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. All guests must be included in the reservation; extra guest fees may apply if applicable. Pet Policy: No animals or pets are permitted on the property at any time. Linens and Cleaning: Linens are provided for guest comfort only and are not to be used for cleaning or any other unintended purposes. Mail and Packages: Receiving mail or packages without prior consent from the host is not permitted. Associated Fees: Early Check-in: $25 Lost TV Remote: $50 Lost Key Fob: $100 Smoking Violation: $250 Late Check-out: $50 Extra Guest Fee: $50 WAIVER & LIMITATION Limitation of Liability: The Guest expressly agrees to assume all risks and acknowledges that the Host shall not be liable for any incidents, accidents, injuries, illnesses, or harm that may occur, either on or off the premises, during the term of the reservation. This limitation of liability includes, but is not limited to, all areas and amenities provided by the premises such as the gym, clubhouse, business center, playground, swimming pool, hot tub, or any other common or recreational areas. Loss or Damage to Personal Property: The Host shall not be responsible for, nor shall the Host assume any liability for, the loss, theft, or damage to any personal property, belongings, or valuables of the Guest or any other persons on the premises during the stay or left behind after the reservation. DISCLOSURES Security Surveillance: The Host maintains an active exterior security camera that is constantly recording both audio and video. The Host may monitor and review these recordings to ensure guest safety, property security, and compliance with house rules. This camera is located in an exterior location and will not infringe upon the private living spaces of the Guest. Noise Monitoring: To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests and to comply with local ordinances, the Host uses Minut noise monitors to measure the internal sound decibel levels within the premises. These monitors do not record conversations but are designed to detect noise levels that may indicate disturbances or violations of house rules.ACKNOWLEDGMENT & AGREEMENT Access and Termination of Occupancy: Access to the premises is strictly limited to the duration of the valid reservation, and the right to occupancy shall terminate automatically upon the maturity, cancellation, or breach of the reservation terms by the Guest. Any unauthorized access or overstay may be subject to additional charges and legal action. Acknowledgment and Consent: By proceeding with the reservation, the Guest expressly acknowledges and consents to the aforementioned terms and disclosures, and agrees that such acknowledgment shall constitute a binding agreement between the parties. Any violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of the reservation and additional remedies as allowed by law.

Very clean, comfortable, and quite. It is a basement set up which was not clear until after completing the booking. However, this was not an issue, it has its own drive way and entrance. All the appliances are new and the unit has been updated recently. Everything worked out great for our stay and this was the perfect set up for our family of 4.

This is a basement unit with sub grade window wells so dark and uninviting.The washer and dryer were not working. The stove hood fan was completely ineffective.Unfortunately I cannot recommend this rental.

Overall a good stay with some quirks. It is close to skiing and downtown Salt Lake. It was clean and the kitchen and bathroom were updated and nice. I liked the private driveway. It was an overall good stay at a good price, but I don’t think I’ll book again. The room wasn’t ready when I got there but the property manager quickly remedied this. Then the lock code didn’t work but this was resolved quickly too. You will hear footsteps in the floor above, but it wasn’t too loud. The washer leaks but you are provided a towel. I guess it will be fixed soon? The beds were too soft for me. I would recommend for a nice budget option.
