Room wasn't very nice. Granted we could have complained, but due to our limited time in the room we put up with the issues. We found blood on the wall, mildew stained ceiling in bathroom, and no working fan in the bathroom. We would have liked to have some usb plugs in the room. I just reminded myself it was cheap. Staff was very friendly though.

Checked into a room at with an existing hole in the wall and was charged $100 damage fee for it. The manager was very rude and won’t dispute the charges with me. There is mold above the ceiling in the shower. Bed skirts were filthy… room was freezing cold. Ice machines were broken. Will not stay at a Quality inn ever again! And I will highly recommend no one else does either!

Clean room. Breakfast is always the same though. Could use a little variety but does have lots of items. Waffles, eggs, sausage links, yogurt, toast, bagels, oatmeal, apples, oranges.

Our rooms are clean, we got welcomed accordingly with an Asian Lady. She was very nice. She also make sure our breakfast are enough and the cafeteria clean. She deserve a raise or promotion. Just saying and thank you.

I have stayed there a few times. Lots of eating/shopping walkable distance. Staff is very nice and helpful. Have always felt safe staying there. Breakfast is good. Hot tub feels great after long day. Glad to see new bed spreads most frequent stay. No pillow covers on pillows, so no matter how many times pillow cases are changed, the pillows are dirty and need replacing.

The hotel building is very old. The room I stayed in was okay but the bathroom had a lot of patches. Since the building is so old the floors squeak which wasn’t helpful since the guest on the top room from us was noisy. My 3 month old had a hard time sleeping, as did I. The breakfast is okay too.

Room was disgusting, I didn’t even stay the night even though my 5 night stay was non-refundable I payed even more to stay somewhere else because it was that gross. It had a giant blood looking stain on the floor. The bed felt gross. I will never return. It’s loud all around. Do not recommend staying here AT ALL
