Canceled last minute

I never leave reviews, but this was such a bad experience that I have to say something. I arrived to the property and waited an hour after check in time to hear back from the manager. After multiple calls without a response, I contacted the Vrbo customer support who then contacted the manager. I was told that the property was no longer available and was stuck looking for an alternate place to stay at the last minute. Everything that would have been available for the length of time I wanted to stay was already booked up and I had to stay at a hotel for month instead. Would avoid at all costs!

Amazing place! Will stay here again in the future!

I visited SLC for a solo trip to celebrate my 30th birthday and needed a small, safe place to stay. The only issue that I had was quickly resolved and was due to a technology issue with the lock code not working. This was addressed immediately after calling the owner, and I was pleased with the service I received. The apartment was very clean and there was even water waiting for me in the refrigerator upon arrival. The garage parking was great since I didn’t have to find street parking! I will say the balcony is tiny. More of a “enjoy the view” than a sit on the balcony situation. But I’m small and was able to enjoy a glass of sparkling water in the small space. The view is AMAZING!!! I would definitely recommend staying here and will do so the next time I am in SLC!

Very nice stay

The place was very clean and conveniently located. My daughter and I stayed for a convention downtown. We walked downtown most days and saved ourselves some money on parking. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great place

I stayed here while attending Scentsy Family Reunion at the Salt Palace for 4 nights! It was less then a mile to the convention center/downtown so I could easily walk or use one of the public scooters/bikes. The studio was clean and had pretty much everything you'd need! The bed was comfy and the view was incredible! Traveling as a woman alone i felt very safe in this neighborhood/building! The other tenants I ran into were very nice as well! Would definitely stay again if I return to Utah!

Cozy studio close to everything!

We had a lovely 4 night stay. We walked pretty much everywhere! The property manager/host was very attentive. The studio was clean and perfect for a couple.

Cute studio with city skyline views

The apartment is a small studio with a full kitchen. Views of the downtown skyline glittering at night. Stayed five days, but we were pretty much just using it for sleeping and eating breakfast. I would probably want a larger place if it was winter and i was going to be indoors a lot, Loved the dedicated parking. One caution is that this apartment is on the farthest possible end of the last hallway on the top floor of the building, so you do have a bit of a trek back to the garage. There are some amenities like a gym but we did not have time to use them.

Would stay again

Stayed here for a spring break ski trip. Check in was easy with the keypad. Having a designated parking spot in the garage was a huge bonus. We were bummed the hot tub was closed. The place met all our needs & then some. We would stay here again.

Downtown Penthouse

We spent a week skiing in February. We like to stay downtown, it is clean and there are a lot of great restaurants. The place has a great view, garage parking and easy access. It is small but has everything my wife and I needed for our stay. Communication was good and easy. Thanks.

My Stay

The apt was very modern and clean. The kitchen came with everything one needs. The view of downtown was lovely and a great grocery store is only 1 mile away. I'd stay again.
