Perfect stay for stadium events

My husband and I stayed here on the night of a Post Malone concert at the Rice-Eccles stadium. Check in was easy, communication was great, we had no problems, neighbors were quiet, and Red-Line stops were just a short walk away. Would stay again and recommend!

Perfectly located minutes from downtown, walking distance to supermarkets; restaurants and trolley square. The complex as is described online. Mark has been an excellent host and a very responsive communicator. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it! MattAustralia.

Great location - very close to the Ute's Stadium. Property was very easy to find. Apartment complext was quiet, very clean and seemed to have plenty of parking. Gym was always active, hot tub was clean and hot, pool was still covered so no review of that. Apartment: The apartment itself smelled very musty when we arrived, and I think it just needs a really good deep cleaning. Downstairs was very tidy, upstairs was a little dusty - especially the tub. The a/c worked amazing but the ceiling fan upstairs did not work. There wasn't a lightbulb in the light above the stove, so if you were the first one up you had to use your phone for light to get the coffee started unless you wanted to wake up the upstairs roommate with a ceiling light. Overeall, we'd probably stay here again. Just recommend a thorough deep clean and a little maintenance.
