「Room was clean, we had everything we needed.」

「Staff was excellent, bed very comfortable. But why do housekeepers miss so much stuff in the bathroom??? Floor was dirty especially behind the door 」

「Most amazing stay after an awful event at another hotel they went beyond the normal to make us comfortable not charging for us to come in at 8 am I will be staying there every time I go to Augusta for work I’ll make they 25 mile drive to be safe and comfortable in clean rooms」

「When I checked in the guy was very rude because I couldn’t hear him through the window that had no holes or anything to get sound throw. And then the place is ran down and very dirty. None of the outlets worked in the room and the bathroom was so dirty and dark you could barely see and not see enough to shower. The tiles and shower fixtures were broken and cracked. No soap to wash your hands and only toilet paper left over from whoever stayed before.」
