CHECK-IN
- Photo identification is required from all guests to grant access to the property. Upon check-in, guests will be checked at the reception desk and provided with Face ID.

The property will be provided with a basic linen kit: a sheet and a bed liner, a blanket, pillows, and a towel for each guest. (Replacement fees will be charged separately. Please contact us.)

- Due to vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall during the Salvador Carnival period, the use of the parking space is restricted and cannot be used by guests.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Glass, crockery, or sound systems are not permitted in the pool area. The pool area is closed on Mondays for maintenance, and the date may be changed at the discretion of the building management.
- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, or seasonings, as these are personal food items.
- All guests must submit their identification at least two business days before check-in. Administrative areas are normally open weekdays, Monday through Friday, until 5 p.m. Therefore, we request advance notice to avoid inconvenience, difficulties, or impediments to check-in.
- Changing the number of guests is subject to an additional charge.
- We provide guests with an 18 kWh energy allowance per day. By using electrical appliances responsibly, this consumption will not be exceeded, but if exceeded, we will charge the excess after check-out. The rate is R$1.20 per kWh.
