CHECK-IN
- All guests are required to provide identification for access to the property.

The property will be provided with a basic linen kit: a sheet and liner for each bed, a blanket, pillows, and a towel for each guest. (Replacement fees will be charged separately. Please contact us.)
You will find on-site: soap, a face towel, bathroom floor mats, toilet paper, and a sponge. (Replacement of these is the guest's responsibility.)
Guests will receive a clean property upon check-in. Regardless of the number of nights, we do not offer free cleanings, as our daily rates are discounted based on the number of days booked. (If you require additional cleaning, an additional charge will be applied. Please contact us.)

- All guests must submit their identification at least 2 business days before check-in. Administrative areas are normally open weekdays, Monday through Friday, until 5:00 p.m. Therefore, we request advance notice to avoid inconvenience, difficulties, or impediments to check-in.
- Changes in the number of guests are subject to an additional charge.
- We provide guests with a 10 kWh energy allowance per day. By using electrical appliances responsibly, this consumption will not be reached, but if it is exceeded, we will charge the excess after check-out.
