Casa espaçosa, acomodou com conforto 12 pessoas. Localização maravilhosa, a poucos passos do melhor ponto da praia. A anfitriã foi super atenciosa desde o primeiro contato e inclusive nos ajudou nas compras de frutos do mar. As funcionárias são o ponto alto desta casa pois nos fazem sentir em um hotel! Cozinheira excelente, faz desde a comida simples do dia a dia até os pratos típicos da região além de sobremesas, bolos, tortas salgadas... Sugestões para deixar a estadia perfeita: colocar gabideiro nos quartos pois só possuem gavetas, disponibilizar carrinho para levar cadeiras de praia e colocar blackout nas cortinas.

Imóvel bem cuidado e fartamente equipado, wifi ok, comunicação com proprietário excelente, serviços de arrumação e cozinha muito bons, ótima localização. Recomendo sem dúvida.

Proprietária super atenciosa desde o primeiro contato. Sempre disponível em atender as nossas solicitações e dúvidas. Foram dias maravilhosos que passamos nesse imóvel em Guarajuba. Casa fantástica, grande, confortável e linda. Não sentimos falta de absolutamente nada, muito pelo contrario, até cantinho especial para as crianças, D. Tereza providenciou. As funcionárias, Chica e Jack são excelentes. Muito atenciosas, pró ativas e prestativas. Quando menos esperávamos, recebíamos uma bandeja com petiscos na piscina. A comida de Chica é um espetáculo. Recomendo a todos essa casa, pois não teve um item seque que deixou a desejar. Esperamos retornar em breve.

Inesquecível !!!

Simplesmente estou amando esses dias em Guarajuba. A casa é pertinho da praia que por sinal é maravilhosa !! Muita gente bonita e alto astral !! E essa casa que escolhemos é sensacional ! Quartos amplos e ventilados e a área da piscina muito boa. Tudo bastante organizado e limpo. Pena que o que é bom dura pouco e infelizmente temos que voltar. Ah ! Minha dica é levem protetor solar que o sol tá de rachar !!! Mais aqui é Bahia e o verão é o ano interio ! Axé !

Satisfação

Primeiramente, gostaria de me justificar pela demora da avaliação, pois a correria do dia-a-dia acaba nos tomando muito tempo. Em seguida gostaria de agradecer a proprietária Tereza pela prestatividade e atenção, no momento da locação. A casa é muito bem localizada, num condomínio com segurança 24h, perto da praia e muito bem estruturada. As secretárias Jack e Chica são de um profissionalismo e competência inquestionável. É um imóvel que eu recomendaria alugar por qualquer pessoa que deseja uma férias com requinte, segurança e tranquilidade. Até a próxima!

ÓTIMA HOSPEDAGEM

A casa é nova, limpa e muito aconchegante, a cozinha é completa muito bem equipada, area de lazer é otima. A praia e os melhores bares estao nos fundos da casa de onde se tem vista privilegiada do mirante. Todos os utensilios, eletrodomesticos e roupas de cama super bem conservados, limpos e organizados as toalhas de banho e de piscina são trocadas todos os dias. A funcionaria "Jack" excelente! Tereza a proprietaria, é muito gentil e atenciosa. Com certeza fica a vontade de voltar.

Mais que Perfeita

O que dizer dessa casa... Maravilhosa. Tão maravilhosa que já é o terceiro ano que vou com a minha família. Casa muito limpa, com bastante utensílios de cozinha, piscina maravilhosa, roupa de cama sempre limpas, uma televisão gigante na sala que nos deixa mal acostumados (rs). Só tenho elogios e espero voltar sempre. Dona Tereza é simpatia e educação pura. Apesar de não conhece-lá pessoalmente, só pelos meus contatos por e-mail e whatsapp, me sinto sempre abraçada com muito amor e carinho. Equipe maravilhosa. Esse ano ainda fui surpreendida com a Francisca, cozinheira MARAVILHOSA, cada dia um prato diferente, bolos para o lanche, sempre com o seu sorriso nos lábios. Mais uma vez só podemos agradecer pela hospitalidade de sempre. Abraços de toda a família Rossetti e um bem especial meu, Edilene Rossetti.

Excelente Hospedagem

Tereza a expectativa foi superada na locação da casa. Excelente tratativa desde o início da locação. As colaboradoras da limpeza e cozinha são extremamente profissionais, de uma educação ímpar e um cuidado como Resort. A negociação com a Tereza foi transparente desde o início, uma sintonia sem igual. Todos agradeceram demais e ficaram encantados com a organização e comida da Francisca. Enfim recomendo a casa, com amplo espaço para família, bem divido os cômodos, estrutura perfeita para família. 100% recomendado!!!!
