Beautiful 2-bedroom apartment (1 suite), east-facing, with a large balcony with sea views, located in a new condominium in Stella Maris! Close to the beach and local shops! With smart TV in the living room and bedroom (apps and local channels), WI-FI, split air conditioning in the bedrooms, and a kitchen. Penthouse with pool and gym. Garage and 24-hour reception.

Very well located apartment in a new building with swimming pool and gym on the roof, shops on the ground floor, supermarket, shops and various services nearby. 5 minutes from Stella Maris beach.

IMPORTANT NOTES

- Guests must comply with the Internal Regulations and rules for using the common areas.

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee or seasonings, as these are personal food items.

- All guests must send their identification document at least 2 business days before check-in. Administrative areas are normally open from Monday to Friday until 5 pm. Therefore, we ask for advance notice to avoid inconvenience to guests or any difficulties with check-in.

- Changing the number of guests is subject to an extra charge.

- We provide guests with a 18 kWh energy allowance per day. By using electrical appliances consciously, this consumption will not be reached, but if it is exceeded we will charge the excess after check-out, at the amount of R$1.20 per kWh.

- The property's electricity voltage is 110W. Only the air conditioning, showers, cooktop and electric oven are 220W.
