Imóvel condiz com imagens, organização e limpeza primorosas. O caseiro, Deraldo, sempre solícito e prestativo, com uma atenção em nos atender acima da média. A cozinheira, Maria, impecável em suas receitas e bolos sempre saborosos, também sempre atenciosa e solícita em satisfazer os caprichos dos hóspedes. O proprietário, Sérgio, cortês e pronto em atender aos nossos pedidos, procurando saber a todo momento se estava tudo a contento. Excelente estadia!

A experiência foi muito agradável. Realmente é pé na areia. Atendeu perfeitamente um grupo de 7 pessoas. A casa é ótima, muito bem equipada. Condomínio residencial e seguro. O contato com o anfitrião foi fácil e ele sempre muito solicito. O caseiro foi muito atencioso, discreto e prestativo. Alguns pontos precisam de manutenção/atualização mas não interferem na experiência. Me hospedaria novamente com certeza.

Passamos dias maravilhosos nessa casa no paraíso!
Só tenho elogios a nossa estadia! ATENDIMENTO: Desde o início antes de alugar a casa, Sérgio se mostrou muito solícito, respondendo todas as minhas inúmeras dúvidas e inquietações para que a viagem fosse maravilhosa. Após a locação, continuou mantendo contato frequente, e também ajudou no processo de transfer de SSA até Arembepe. LOCALIZAÇÃO: a casa está em um local de natureza privilegiada. Aos fundos, se enxerga uma lagoa que tem um por do sol muito lindo, em frente, uma vista para o mar de tirar o folego. No condomínio tinha uma quadra de tênis, calçada para correr, e quadra de areia, o que garantiu o esporte da turma mais ativa. SERVIÇOS: no pacote, tivemos o serviço da Dona Maria, cozinheira de mão cheia e muito disponível em tudo que pedimos. Tapioca no café da manhã, bobó de camarão no almoço, bolo no café da tarde... Td maravilhoso. Também tivemos auxílio do Deraldo, caseiro da casa. Solícito para dar um pulo no mercado pra comprar algo que faltava, colocar e recolher as cadeiras e guarda-sol na praia... sempre muito discreto, mantendo a limpeza fora da casa. CASA: Decoração linda de casa de praia. Bem arborizada, e muito ventilada. A casa tem vidros no lugar de algumas paredes, o que nos dá direito a olhar a vista de dentro, tanto para o mar, como para a lagoa. Lindo de se ver. Alguns cômodos tinham desgaste da pintura pela maresia, mas nada que atrapalha-se a visual geral da casa. Obrigada pela estadia e pelo cuidado em tudo para nossa viagem. Nossa família só tem a agradecer pela semana de descanso que tivemos. Se Deus quiser, voltaremos para curtir mais dias de descanso ai!

Casa muito boa, localização espetacular, com móveis de bom gosto e boa qualidade, proprietário muito solicito, pessoal da casa muito atencioso, mas a casa necessita algumas manutenções e estar provida de algumas coisas muito básicas e simples (toalhas de piscina em número compatível com os hospedes, papel higiênico, meios de iluminação qdo falta energia - velas, lanternas, luz de emergência etc)
