Quarto grande e confortável, banheiro com um bom tamanho, cama e jogo de cama confortáveis. Ficamos em um quarto anexo ao hotel, porém sem problemas algum. Recepção 24h. Bom café da manhã com tapioca e omelete feito na hora, além de frutas, pães, queijos, sucos, o básico de um café (que por sinal é agendado o horário). Boa localização, bem próximo à vila. Bom custo benefício, voltaria. Uma dica: acho que o quarto já está precisando de uma reforma, pintura e manutenção básica. Somaria ainda mais. Talvez moderniza-ló.

Ficamos no quarto Casinha (2° andar) que é confortável, com varanda simpática (rede, brisa do mar) e funcional (mesinha com cadeiras, varal portátil). A única coisa que faltou no quarto realmente foi um espelho grande, pois só tem no banheiro. Café da manhã muito gostoso, gentil, coisas gostosas. Equipe impecável, muito atenciosa. Destaque para o bolinho de estudante e o bolo de cenoura. E a localização tb é perfeita - pertinho da praia de banho, vila com os bares e lojas.

A equipe da limpeza e café da manhã se destacam. A equipe da recepção deixa a desejar. Na chegada não acharam meu pix dos 50% do valor que eu havia enviado semanas antes. Nos quartos não tem tomadas três pinos em locais acessíveis, por exemplo, eu precisava ligar o notebook e só tinha tomada três pinos no banheiro. Solicitei a recepcionista um adaptador e ela pediu para eu pedir para o recepcionista do período da tarde. Fui à casa de material de construção e comprei um adaptador. A internet é péssima, se você precisar fazer alguma reunião ou encontro online passará raiva. Pedi auxílio ao recepcionista e ele disse para eu fazer do restaurante do hotel, local com melhor qualidade do sinal, e hospedes passando, falando, etc... Não ofereceu ajuda e sequer ao final perguntou se tinha conseguido cumprir meu compromisso. Lamentável. Ahhh sobre o café da manhã, eles iniciam às 08H00, muito tarde para quem pretende fazer passeios. Também dividem os hospedes em dois grupos, ou seja, se não tiver vaga para a turma das 08h, você só tomará café da manhã às 09h. A cereja do bolo foi o primeiro dia em que desci para tomar café às 07h58, eu era da turma do café às 08h, a recepcionista estava terminando de montar a útlima mesa, eu fui me sentar e ela disse em tom rispido que o café ainda não estava liberado. Fui me sentar na recepção, depois ela voltou ao trabalho normalmente e não me avisou se já estava liberado, só soube porque vi outros hospedes tomando café. Olha.. eu voltaria? Não!

A pousada é excelente. Fui recebida pela Joice que é de uma delicadeza e um empatia. Ela conseguiu modificar o horário do meu café da manhã no meu segundo dia de estadia quando eu relatei que sou diabética. Ela teve a preocupação em me colocar no primeiro horário no meu segundo dia, isso mostra o quanto a pessoa se preocupa com o bem estar e a saúde de uma pessoa. A equipe está de parabéns. O serviço de limpeza impecável. Mas a Joice e as meninas do serviço do café da manhã tem destaque. Por mais pessoas assim. Voltarei quando possível e com certeza ficaria de novo nesse pousada.
