Hospedagem ruim

Para começar, cheguei ao hotel por volta das 03:00 h da manhã, ao chegar fui informada que o hotel estava lotado sendo que fiz minha reserva um mês de antecedência, fiquei sabendo que a central tem costume de fazer isso, colocar 4 ou mais reservas por dia na esperança de alguma reserva faltar, me transferiram para outro hotel da rede, as 3h da manhã andando, cansada, com compromisso marcado ás 7 h da manhã. Quando cheguei no outro, ok, o hotel riviera premium, encontrei baratas pelo quarto e não, nunca levei comida para o quarto, a informação era que o kit enxoval seria trocado a cada 2 dias, fiquei da madrugada de 16/5 até às 09:30 h de 21/5, nunca trocaram, nunca limparam o quarto ou banheiro, apenas recolhiam o lixo, nem varriam o quarto, o banheiro, cheguei na sexta da praia, caiu um pouco de areia no box, ficou la até dia que saí, o café, razoável, sem muitas opções, mas vale o valor, a única coisa que salva mesmo são os atendentes, todos educados e cordiais. Mas extremamente decepcionada, um local bom, mas poderiam cuidar melhor, trocar roupas de cama, cobertor rasgado.
