A nossa estadia foi excelente . Localização , conforto e Limpeza foram o ponto alto. Café da manhã também, grande variedade e sabor. O ponto de melhoria fica no atendimento, alguns funcionários prestam pouca atenção no que falamos. Tivemos pedidos do café da manhã atendidos errados em dois dias e deixamos a chave na recepção solicitando limpeza e quando chegamos não estava limpo. Procuramos o time da limpeza e eles não havia sido informados. Outro ponto foi a cozinha no jantar, nós desistimos de comer , pois após 1:15 h do pedido ele nem havia sido indiciado a preparação. É uma excelente pousada, porém necessita treinar melhor todo o time ou melhor planejar o atendimento. Retornarei com certeza , pois considero os pontos fortes superiores ao que necessitam melhorar.

Insatisfeita

Cheguei e na primeira noite não consegui dormir pois o ar condicionado fez barulho a noite inteira, como se fosse algo no dreno, reclamei na manhã seguinte, mandaram alguém da manutenção verificar porém o defeito não foi corrigido e na noite seguinte tive que dormir sem ar condicionado pois o barulho terrível no split persistia. Passei um final de semana sem dormir direito. Fui para relaxar e me estressei

Excelente hospedagem.

Localização super privilegiada. Café da manhã incrível. Quarto confortável. O único problema está no fato de não ter estacionamento em uma cidade que não possuí vagas disponíveis. Um ponto para ser corrigido é que no site o endereço, que deve ser i oficial, leva aos fundos da pousada, onde não há uma entrada.

Gostamos muito! Único ponto ruim, que não depende muito do hotel é a questão de estacionamento para veículo, que não tem e é bem chatinho de achar. Mas como disse, não depende do hotel e não ofertam esta questão de vaga na hospedagem. Em relação à proposta do hotel, não deixou nada a desejar. Atendeu nossas expectativas. Atendimento excelente, café da manhã muito bom, quarto bem aconchegante e limpeza muito boa!

Otima localizaçao

Pousada bem localizada funcionarios atenciosos e simpaticos. Cafe da manha com muita variedade nota 10. Essa é a segunda vez que ficamos hospedadas. Dois pontos negativos o banheiro apertado e ao barulho das pessoas falando alto, talvez o motivo seja o quarto ficar proximo da cozinha no andar terreo, nao sei se acontece nos andares superiores. Fora isso recomendo essa hospedagem nota 8,5.

Caro pelo que oferece

Hotel dentro da parte turística, onde o acesso é feito caminhando. Preços altos em relação à rusticidade. Fiquei em um quarto com a janela que se abria para a parte interna do saguão de entrada. Bastante barulho. O quarto era muito pequeno.

Fui muito bem recebida e atendida pela funcionária Emilly, muito prestativa, com especial atenção para minhas necessidades especiais. Precisei trocar de quarto e a equipe foi bem solícita. Café da manhã muito bom, dentre os várias opções, um bolinho de estudante delicioso me conquistou todos os dias! Um ponto a melhorar é a piscina, que é bem pequena, a hidromassagem não funciona toda hora, e a piscina tem degraus, carecendo sinalizar melhor o aviso de ser proibido pular na piscina, por segurança.

Eu amei a minha estadia. Vou resumir em ponyos positivos e negativos. Positivo: Localização Perfeita Café da manhã (poderia ser um pouquinho mais cedo). Colaboradores sempre muito atenciosos. Negativo: Falta de estacionamento (apesar disso ser um problema na região, acho que deveria ter uma parceria com algum estacionamento). Super recomendo!

Praia do forte

The reception was good not great. The amenities such as the pool and room size was much smaller than advertised. The price per day for this hotel was pre-covid and the popularity of the area in salvador Brazil.. I guess in time they will Improve
