Dream villa in Salento

An absolute highlight as a stopover on our multi-week tour of Italy. The situation in the Macchia Mediterranea is lonely. The pool was cleaned and checked daily by a professional. Paolo took excellent care of the perfect stay. We had wonderful 14 days in Puglia.

una splendida vacanza

Abbiamo soggiornato un settimana (attorno a metà giugno) in questa splendida villetta unifamiliare - l'host Paolo oltre che gentilissimo ha curato ogni minimo particolare, dall'arredamento alla sicurezza - assieme al suo collaboratore Gino, anch'egli gentilissimo e disponibile alle nostre richieste, non ci hanno fatto sentire ospiti ma solamente come fossimo a casa nostra - la location, a parte purtroppo la xilella che ha distrutto e seccato gli olivi di almeno una mezza puglia, è stata perfetta - è stato facilissimo trovarla a pochi metri dall'uscita Scafazzi della SS274 per SM di Leuca, tuttavia, rimane circondata dalla pace e dal silenzio - sostanzialmente attorno non ci sono altre abitazioni ne private ne turistiche, stabilendone quindi la unicità e la singolarità - se vorrete comunque potrete raggiungere tutto e velocemente ritornando nella SS 274 sia verso nord ( 2km circa Presicce direzione Gallipoli, che verso sud direzione SM di Leuca ) - Le spiagge attorno, facilmente accessibili, sono belle, ma volendo potrete spostarvi un pò più lontano per scoprire altri angoli di questa bellissima regione - se il mare non è tutto per voi, potrete visitare Gallipoli - Otranto e Lecce ( tutti distanti non più di una ora di macchina su strade assolutamente ben percorribili e sopratutto ben fatte ) - se invece cercate anche quiete e pace Leukos farà comunque per voi - la piscina ottimamente attrezzata vi darà freschezza durante le ore più calde riservandovi angoli dove poter trascorrere le giornate - il bbq esterno, se vorrete vi fornirà dell'ottimo cibo da poter cucinare ( sia carne che pesce entrambi facili da trovare ) - infine la ciliegina sulla torta, la splendida play list che Paolo ha predisposto - musica che vi accompagnerà piacevolmente e mai con invasione, sia che siate in piscina, sia che siate nello splendido patio, insomma ovunque voi siate se vorrete - La casa è molto tecnologizzata e come dicevo vi sorprenderete dall'uso tecnologico impostato, tuttavia dopo un primo breve passaggio di tempo, tutto diventerà per voi del tutto normale e semplice - Ultima considerazione, prendete e seguite le istruzioni ed i consigli che Paolo vi invierà con un link dopo la prenotazione - vi saranno molto utili anche per la precisione ed i dettagli con conterranno ( chiedete pure a Gino per ogni altro eventuale chiarimento ). Forse un pò prolisso? Penso che ne valesse la pena - Un saluto ed un ringraziamento a Paolo e Gino da Raniero e Laura

Quando la realtà supera le aspettative... siete a Leukos nella casa di Paolo

Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli, perfetta la posizione e le scelte d'arredo. Ottimo check in e check out e il sig. Gino sempre cortese e disponibile. Una dimora da sogno tra cielo e mare ...un' inaspettato angolo di paradiso...
