The house had to be recleaned after they said the cottage was ready which it was not done properly ,

It would be better if it had a little more in game room. It needed to be clean when you call and say the cottage was ready. The house and pool needed to be cleaned.

The worst house in the development. Mold on all the outdoor furniture.All the screens were torn apart years ago. The house shook so bad just from people going up and down the central staircase the dinning room light swayed with the motion. One night the wind was bad and I was swaying in my bed. The counters are Formica, broken chipped missing a large spot in kitchen. The hot tub has exposed fiberglass on the side it’s so old. Everything functioned properly the pool the hot tub the old appliances lights etc. just old and drab. The pool guy came routinely and was cool too. The parking was well arranged.The outside permanent grill still had old coal ashes in it. Hot water was great outside in the garage wash down but hard to get in the thirds floor Master. Great views and having the pier and boat ramp was great.
