Historic Fountain Ranch -19th century beautifully restored 3 bedroom Estate Home

This Ranch House was built in the late 1800’s and has been completely restored into a beautiful 3 bedroom home. Includes 2 queen size beds and 1 full size with an antique white iron crib, 2 bathroom tub showers one with a Jacuzzi tub, furnished kitchen, breakfast area overlooking the pool and gardens, Dining room Table for 8, Direct TV with indoor & outdoor stereo system. Indoor & outdoor towels and robes, Outdoor seating on covered porch and all decks and pool areas, 3 outdoor dining tables alone with Infinity Pool and Jacuzzi hot tub overlooking the Trinity River are shared with The Cottage, Outdoor grill, relaxing lawns and gardens to enjoy .

This site also allows for special events. 150 guest events are allowed at this site but all events must be pre-arranged with the host.
