「Everything was great and love all these heritage deco . Will be better if a coffee machine can be provided, I bring my own tea bag but couldn’t even find a cup inside the room. The only comment is a waitress was not too friendly to us (Asian )while we were having breakfast .」

「We had an amazing time over Christmas at Villa Alma. Sofia was a great host and very attentive. The location is beautiful and peaceful. It's easy to get to from Salzburg and there's plenty of transport to get around nearby. There are a few good walks locally, including amazing views at the top of the Zwolferhorn. There was a good variety for breakfast, and the room was well designed and comfortable. The whole hotel was stylish and well thought through. Would definitely recommend.」

「Cannot describe the beauty of Hallstatt and the Lakeview apartment with the balcony at the top was the cherry on the top! Bed was comfortable and the apartment was right near the entrance so easy to get to everything. Had a small fridge and other amenities as well. Bring a bottle of wine and enjoy!」

「洗手间打开灯，排风声音会一直伴随，没有单独的地方关排风声音，除非关了灯以后过10分钟才会停。周日无法寄存行李，虽然最后还是强行晚退房了，但这不是我的本意。希望有提升」
