"早餐：很一般，亦沒有安排帶位，比較混亂 地點：偏遠，雖然我們自駕，但去那裡都得開車，步行很遠才能到達一間酒店入口的7-11 房間：偏舊，燈光昏暗，浴室有霉漬，清潔不周全，頭髮碎那些都沒清理好，而且收拾好的床舖也會掉在地面，感覺很不專業不衛生 泳池：感覺暫時是最好的，但兒童池沒有濾水系統是死水，看着很骯髒恐怖 沙灘：雖說是酒店自家沙灘，但他們沒有人怎樣管理很多垃圾，沒有人收拾一下，而且酒店附近都超多蚊子，是超級多，他們也沒有安裝一些滅蚊的燈起碼表示在盡力殺蚊 酒店範圍內夜晚燈光昏暗，應該要多安裝一些太陽能燈，老人及小孩走在路面比較危險 總體感覺，不太五星級"

"Overall great experience at The Standard. We were excited to try this brand new location to relax by the beach. Hotel is beautifully decorated with a stunning 60/70's architecture vibe that gives a Wes Anderson mood. The location is quite convenient near most attractions. A lot of room of improvement to make: While checking in, we haven't got any welcome card nor sweets as usual process. Baby cot was missing in the room. Staff is very friendly but needs a better training on how to manage small requests such as house keeping takes quite a while every day, restaurant for breakfast and dinner was always having a queue and long wait (one night we have been told that we will have to wait for 1 hour to get served...). Halal meat, chicken confusion on Siera restaurant. A lot of misunderstanding due to lack of english for some of them. The beach is cleaned we believed every morning but since the hotel is next door to an empty field, a lot of trashes are piled out there so visually speaking not really good. I had to watch very closely my 2 years baby boy to avoid picking up dangerous stuff. We stayed there for 5 nights during LNY and a lot of events were happening at the beach club such as big private party at Esme until late without notice. We have been staying at The Standard around the world for some years now (Maldives, NYC, Bangkok, Singapore, Hua Hin) and this brand new one in Pattaya is by far the least pleasant one that for the standing and pricepoint must be improved."

"Services were excellent. Overall hotel layout is good. Facilities were a bit aged and not very clean at some places such as the in-room bathtub. The spa and massage was great. Food was so-so but the pool side bar is good. "
