This is regular low class hotel. It shouldn’t be called boutique. This hotel has nothing special. It is not what was expecting as boutique hotel at all.

Staff made homophobic comments when we were checking in. Pillows were terrible. Area around the hotel is not walkable or nice. Loud music which we could hear from our room. Unsafe wiring hanging behind the bed. Would not recommend.

Mala experiencia no es un hotel spa en lo absoluto

La ubicacion no es la mejor pues se encuentra en un barrio y hay muchísimo ruido de la calle. Las habitaciones son incómodas, colchones duros y muebles en muy mal estado. El baño con elementos rotos y cancel de baño sin funcionar.

Very Noisy

There is a very basic wing of the hotel, where we started and an upgraded wing below the pool. The upgraded side is a bit better. We moved the first day when we saw the difference. The upgraded side would still only get it to a three star. The old windows do nothing to keep out the noise. There is a very loud disco next door. The noise will last until midnight.

Katastrofalt doerlig.

Beliggenheten er hoplos, ingen restaurant, frokost er en dorlig vits, sengetoyet er ubrukelig. Det eneste som er bra er betjeningen, de gjoer so godt de kan. Jeg har and reist i 106 land, dette er det verste hotellet uten konkuranse noe sted i verden Styr unna, finn et annet sted.

Property is ok. The rooftop has beautiful views of Samana. Breakfast is a traditional Dominican breakfast with plantains, eggs, sausage, fruits and cheeses. Staff was friendly.

El lugar es sencillo pero muy bonito y tranquilo. Las habitaciones y baños limpios. Tiene una cocina pequeña con estufa, sink, refrigerador y algunos utensilios así que puedes traer tus alimentos y cocinar algo básico (solo hay un caldero) nosotros trajimos agua, frutas y vino. Hay un closet con espacio para ropa y valijas, si traes. Hay balcón pero en nuestra habitación la vista no era muy atractiva. En el tercer piso hay una terraza con piscina y restaurante. Los precios son bastante asequibles. Cenamos mariscos, tomamos tragos y cervezas (dos personas) y la cuenta fue de 33 USD. La tarifa por habitación incluye desayuno. En general la experiencia fue buena. Vinimos solo por una noche para descansar luego de una excursión. Todo el personal es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar.
