Villa La Talanquera is an ideal place to relax and unwind from the busy Western lifestyle. The property is not fenced off, creating a very spacious feeling and connecting with the ocean in front. The large covered patio with dining table and salon, directly connected to the large terrace and swimming pool, invites guests to enjoy outdoor living to the fullest, day and night.
During the whale season, January-March, magnificent humpback whales can often be seen right from the terrace.

Oase inmitten der Natur!

Dieses großzügige Anwesen, welches nur durch einen grünen Küstenstreifen vom Ozean getrennt ist, bietet einen grandiosen Meerblick und durch die überdachte Terrasse die Möglichkeit auch bei Starksonne oder auch bei Regengüssen inmitten der saftig, grünen Natur zu verweilen. Die Betreung durch Hans war sehr persönlich und durch seine multilinguale Kommunikation äußerst unkompliziert. Margot als gute Seele des Hauses, reinigt alles sehr gut und kann auf Wunsch sehr leckere Mahlzeiten zubereiten. Es empfiehlt sich eine ausgedehnte Küstenstreifen-Wanderung entlang des Meeres, da dieser durch die fast unbewohnte Lage eine urige Schönheit bietet. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Superbe maison. Très bon accueil. Suivi constant avec Hanz par Whatsapp . Tout est comme les photos

La maison est superbe. Elle est à la hauteur des photos du site. Très bon accueil. Le personnel est présent tous les jours et au petit Sion pour nous. Gardien présent jour et nuit, c est très rassurant. Le propriétaire Hanz est en lien sur whatsapp et nous pouvons échanger quotidiennement avec lui pour tout. Il nous trouve des sorties à bon tarif et super. Nous étions 9 personnes. Margot est géniale. La maison est joliment décoré , spacieuse et bien équipée. Nous reviendrons Merci Hanz
