"I would NOT recommend staying at this property. We arrived at 8pm to the home and there was NO electricity. Not because the power was out in the neighborhood, but because nobody was there to check it and turn it back on with the company. There was also NO water. No water in the sinks and showers OR drinking water. Again, something that should have been checked BEFORE our arrival. When we tried to use the stove, that also didn't work. "So first we couldn’t find the villa, even the doorman of the community couldn’t help us, when we did find it, they wouldn’t want to give us the key, saying “they didn’t know we were coming”. We had to wait for someone to come and give us the keys after complaining. The villa is beautiful tho, the pool water was extremely cold, so we couldn’t get in it. To check out, we had to call them to come get the keys and they didn’t even know “we were leaving”. They thought we were leaving 3 days after. "
