“We had a wonderful stay at this villa located in the heart of Cagliari. Communication with the owner was great. The place had wonderful amenities. It was quiet. The internet speed was good. Dining, groceries and shopping are literally right outside the door. The air conditioning kept up with the heat. It is an easy walk to local sites and the marina. We parked the car at the train station. I suggest you get a monthly pass if you stay more than 5 days. We will book again on our next trip to……

“The location is great, and it would be easy to live long term in the space. The bed is not as comfortable as I would prefer, and the place needs a sofa or someplace to sit and enjoy the great television. But overall, having the space, the terrace and a washing machine was great. ”

The house has fantastic gardens with a variety of palms and exotic flowers. The pool and house were immaculately clean, and the host was extremely helpful. There is plenty of space both inside and out with several balconies providing excellent views. It is not overlooked, sitting on top of a hill with views of thr nearby lake and the sea. The house has a well equipped……

“Groot huis met hele grote mooie tuin met groot zwembad. In de tuin, ruim 5000m2, staan veel fruitbomen, lekker en mooi. Volledige privacy. Toegang met elektrisch schuifhek. Het huis was enigszins gedateerd, maar dat had ook z'n charme. Eindconclusie: fantastisch!!!!!!!!!!”
