"I booked Regenta Inn Sambalpur after seeing so many positive promotions and advertisements, but my actual experience was extremely disappointing. The room was in poor condition and felt neglected. The bathroom had very low water pressure, making it difficult to use. The mattress was completely worn out, with the springs sagging badly, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. The bedsheets did not feel properly clean, and the towels were so old and yellowed that they clearly needed to be...

"Rooms are good with hot and cold running water, tea maker, good toiletories etc. The breakfast spread was also good. The front desk staffs were very co-operative. But unfortunately the Bar, wherein smoking is allowed in the closed AC room is not accessible to chill after hectic day. Another frustrating part is the completely empty mini bar at the room. Utility of running the mini fridge in the room is not clear, if it is not staffed with soft and hard drinks and chocholates etc."
