「入住當天旅館接待人員晚間主動詢問我們幾點抵達，我們當時預估九點左右，我們大概九點零五分抵達後，旅館人員也還在櫃檯等待我們，其實他是九點下班，很感謝他加班為了迎接我們。
整個飯店很有歷史感，有可愛的花園，距離雪儂梭堡步行五分鐘即可抵達，房間寬敞有一個小陽台，也有提供咖啡茶和礦泉水，也可以直接向櫃檯購買夏儂索堡的門票，免除排隊的時間。
唯一感覺較不便的是沒有電梯，但是考量飯店的歷史，能夠理解。
旅館有自己的停車場，不額外收費，非常方便。」

「We had a wonderful time here! We stayed in the family room which was perfect for our family of four. The elevator made it easy to bring our baggage upstairs.
