  • The Yellow Villa has a surface of 65 square meters and consists of an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, a dining and seating area, one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. The living room leads directly to a large furnished veranda, which offers panoramic view of the surrounding gardens and the Aegean Sea.
    It has been decorated in a mainly blue and white island style, in order to highlight its natural light and architecture.
    The private, for your exclusive use, pool is waiting for you. The vast greenery around the villa offers you privacy and serenity.
    The Yellow Villa, suitable for 4 persons, is air-conditioned, features free Wi-Fi and cable TV and offers a roofed private parking space for your car.

Perfect holidays

We spent 10 days at Mouzakis Villas enjoying both the Red and Yellow ones. Both properties are placed at beautiful part of Samos island, very quiet and with stoning view to the Aegean see. They are well furnished, clean and practical. The private pools at both villas are kept clean and exposed to the sun the whole day. More to that, the owner is ready to help at any time not only in relation to your accommodation but is a great guide for the whole stay on the island. It became our top destination for next holiday! Thank you, Demi!
