"Had a mini family getaway with flx rental and it was a blast. Played games (many which were provided) and enjoyed the hot tub and beautiful lake view. Very relaxing and quiet escape."

"Would definitely recommend!! Awesome common area for large groups! Only feedback I would give is mirrors would be a good addition to the bedrooms along with hooks for bath towels after use. A bigger garbage can in the kitchen would also be helpful especially for groups that bring or prepare their own food. Other than that, the place was absolutely perfect! Our group would definitely stay again. Lastly, the host was incredibly friendly and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. "

"The house was conveniently located and comfortably appointed. We only had 4 in our party but the property could easily accommodate twice that number. The renovated kitchen and bathrooms look very high quality and modern. The location is convenient to wine trail tours as well as Geneva. Waterloo, and Seneca Falls activities. The property was impeccably clean inside and out. We especially enjoyed the fire pit during the chilly October nights. The only drawback was that the bed in the upstairs main bedroom didn't seem to be a true queen size as advertised and the pillows were uncomfortably hard. We did some pillow swapping and ended up still getting a good night's rest though. Overall, this was a wonderful house and the convenience of having everything at our fingertips made this a relaxing stay. I would choose this property again to enjoy any season on the lake. "

"We were looking for a comfortable place to spend time while exploring around the Finger Lakes region - and this was just the place. The location allowed us to easily travel to various wineries, restaurants, and sites around the area. Nothing is walkable, but the drive was easy. We spent an entire afternoon/evening just hanging out on the front porch enjoying the clear sky, beautiful weather, and quiet neighborhood. Each room was equipped with an air conditioner, so we all slept comfortably. The kitchen was spacious, and we took advantage of the large table for sharing our morning coffee. We were greeted by a vase of fresh cut flowers and local cheese & wine. We had no issues with reserving, gaining access, or anything on site. It was a lovely stay, and we would recommend this property. "
