Nous sommes deçu car la piscine n'était pas opérationel et pelouse pas du tous entretenu, les photo ne coresponde pas a la saison dommage que ce ne soit soit pas préciser dans l'annonce. La maison est agréable dans l'ensemble.

Foto’s komen niet meer overeen met het huisje nu. Netheid was maar 3 sterren. Je kon ook niet zelf wat poetsen. Helaas heel veel insecten in het huisje. Kevers en zaagsel vielen gewoon uit het plafond. Kids vonden het spijtig dat er geen tv of WiFi was na een dagje zwembad en uitstapjes. Maar desondanks deze negatieve puntjes toch een leuke vakantie gehad.

très belle location !

très belle maison, confortable et bien située ; piscine agréable et sans chlore , ce qui le mérite d'être souligné. La maison est également le lieu de départ de très belles randonnées qui surplombent l'ardêche (le cours d'eau :-) . Ruoms est à 5 minutes avec toutes les facilités. A ne pas manquer : la boucherie "chez Yves" à Ruoms. Ses andouillettes faites maison et le saucisson porc - sanglier sont une tuerie !

Logement Sampzon

Le logement est conforme au descriptif, la literie est de très bonne qualité, la terrasse, le barbecue, les chaises longues, tout y est et parfait. La situation du logement est également bonne (au calme mais proche de tout) On a apprécié la fraîcheur du logement malgré les températures extérieures avoisinantes les 40°. La propriétaire a su répondre très rapidement à nos échanges. L'accès à la chambre en mezzanine peut s'avérer compliquée (sans problème pour nos filles de 5 et 10 ans) Allez y sans réfléchir.

Sagenhaft idyllischer Wohntraum zum entspannen

Ich hatte einen tollen Urlaub . Das Haus hat eine wirklich tolle und ruhige Lage . Hier kann man super entspannen und dem Alltag entfliehen . Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind aber in unmittelbarer Nähe zahlreich vorhanden. Das Bad ist ganz Neu und sieht sehr schick aus. Im Haus war alles sehr sauber und auch sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Ich habe mich direkt wohl gefühlt. Es war wirklich alles wichtige vorhanden und es fehlte an nichts . Abends konnte man auf der schönen großen Terrasse den Grillen zuhören . Die Kommunikation war ebenfalls problemlos. Sehr idyllisches Haus im Grünen.

Secluded, comfortable house.

We loved this house! It was comfortable and very well equipped with a brand new bathroom and an excellent shower. We kept the shutters closed so the house was always cool even when it was 35 outside. It was totally secluded and there were masses of lovely butterflies and a never ending cicada chorus! The house was close to Ruoms and several other attractive villages were within easy driving distance. The only downside was that you needed to use the car to reach shops, cafes etc and also get to the river for a cooling dip. Ideal for a couple - (not so sure about the upstairs accessed by a ladder). We had a relaxing fortnight in this super little house and would hope to return one day to this beautiful part of France.

Nous avons passé un super séjour! Très chouette propriété avec beaucoup d'espace à l'extérieur comme à l'intérieur. Maison bien au calme et proche de Ruoms pour les courses et les boutiques, de Vallon pont d'Arc pour les boutiques et ce beau pont et un peu plus loin La Beaume pour se baigner! Soit très bien situé tout en profitant du calme! ;o)...et une propriétaire bien gentille et prête pour répondre aux questions!
