Tolles großes Grundstück zum Erholen.Leider ist die Ausstattung der Küche nicht ausreichend, wir haben 2 Schneidebretter vorgefunden die nicht benutzt werden können da bereits stark verschmutzt und übel riechend. Das Polsterbett ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und am Eck aufgerissen.Die Verwalterin und Nachbarin Lydia ist sehr sympatisch und hilfsbereit.Die Vermieterin hat auf unsere "Beschwerdemail" einfach nicht reagiert.

C'était parfait!

Très belle maison avec jardin entièrement clôturé. L'annonce sur le site d'Abritel est conforme à la réalité. La maison est très bien entretenue et équipée. Le très grand jardin est parfaitement entretenu et notre gros chien a pu s'y défouler à sa guise. Il ne nous manquait absolument rien pour de parfaites vacances. Très bon accueil par Lydia qui a fourni de précieuses informations sur les environs et la maison. La piscine est bien chauffée, l'eau était à 28,5 degrés le dernier jour, et le jacuzzi est très agréable. La grande terrasse bien ombragée nous a permis de prendre tous nos repas à l'extérieur, y compris la seule journée où il a plu. BBQ traditionnel et superbe plancha au gaz sont à disposition. La région est magnifique et il y a énormément de choses à voir, on ne peut pas s'ennuyer. Merci pour tout!

Maison de vacances avec tous les services pour enfants de bas age. Villa clôturée et piscine sécurisée. Jeux pour enfants ainsi pour pour les plus grand. Tres bon accueil de lydia et de ces conseils. A conseiller vivement pour les familles.

Séjour très agréable

Belle propriété avec piscine totalement sécurisée. Jolie maison bien décorée et bien équipée, literie et sanitaires impeccables. Super toffe vakantiewoning

Deze zeer nette en goed onderhouden vakantiewoning die alles te bieden heeft wat je nodig hebt tijdens een vakantie. Zeer mooie tuin en omheind zwembad. Ideaal voor gezinnen met kinderen. Tevens zijn er kleine hondjes toegelaten. Wij hebben ervan genoten. Deze vakantiewoning is de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor allerlei activiteiten in de omgeving. Zoals wandelen, fietsen, de Ardèche afvaren en nog veel meer. Tevens kan je in de onmiddelijke omgeving lekker eten en drinken en is er een kleine supermarkt waar dagelijks vers brood kan krijgen. De eigenaars en conciërge zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Dominique. La maison est propre et fonctionnelle. Un accueil très agréable par la voisine et Dominique a pris le soin de m’appeler à plusieurs étapes (avant resa et durant la resa) pour s’adapter à nos besoins. La maison est près de tout. Magnifique demeure

Superbe villa spacieuse (4 couples + 1 bébé) et idéalement située pour toutes les activités (canoë, canyoning, baignade dans l'Ardèche...). Un plaisir de plonger dans la piscine pour se rafraîchir lors des chaudes journées d'été ! SEJOUR AU TOP DU TOP

Mes amis et moi avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la belle et grande propriété. La villa est très bien situé, en plein cœur de l'Ardèche, à 10 min de Vallon Pont d'Arc comme à 10 min de Ruoms. Très propre, chambres très spacieuses et jardin immense. Nous avons quasiment passé tout notre temps dans le jardin, sur la terrasse et surtout dans la piscine ! Notre hôte était très bien organisée, arrangeante et à contribué à ce que notre séjour se déroule du mieux possible. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et nous recommandons cet endroit !

De merveilleuses vacances

Accueil très sympathique. Magnifique propriété bien entretenue très propre avec immense jardin. Tout a été pensé pour le bonheur des vacanciers (piscine, jacuzzi, table de ping-pong, jeux pour enfants, lit poussette chaise haute pour bébé, jeux de société etc) Je recommande cette location Un vrai bonheur !

Propriété idéale pour découvrir le Sud de l'Ardèche entre amis

La propriétaire s'est montrée très arrangeante et compréhensive. Nous l'en remercions grandement ! La maison était parfaite pour notre groupe de 7 adultes. Le terrain est immense et le coin piscine très appréciable. Idéalement située dans la commune de Sampzon, nous avons pu profiter en quelques minutes de voitures de toutes les activités que propose le Sud de l'Ardèche (descentes en canoë ; VTT avec visite de la grotte de la madeleine ; spa à vans ; dégustation et visite de cave etc.). Magnifique point de chute pour se ressourcer entre amis ou en famille. Merci !

4 jours parfaits

Nous avons passé un séjour de 4 jours parfait ! La maison est belle et grande, un grand espace extérieur, grande terrasse, piscine chauffée avec jacuzzi intégré ! Un pur régal ! A proximité de tout: rivière, commerces, villages. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Un merci aux propriétaire et à la voisine qui ont été très accueillants et très sympas !
