Was very helpful with transportation to and from cruise port, helped with a place for our vehicle for the week and was very responsive to any problem or concern! “The hotel is DARLING! Staff so kind and accommodating. Room was well appointed (art cute! Beds comfortable!) loved the vintage bathroom feel and all the tile work around and the lounge was stellar. Beautiful. Welcoming. But not overboard- it’s accessible to everyone. We are at the restaurant twice (I never do that at a hotel usually) it was delicious. We stayed over a cold snap and the pool wa heated so we were still able to swim. Everything was just lovely. Made my 13yo daughter’s birthday so……
