「you can walk to BTS around 15mins, it is acceptable. Or you may take the motor bike to shorter the distance then walk to BTS, nearby BigC. Overall it is a good place to stay, check in and check out very easy. 」

「You should explain to customers clearly about car park because you have to pay for and how to pay! So unhelpful for the staff who is in the front. I understand that we have self check in but why did you have front staff there for. Security speak very bad to us about car park. Not good communication. We are book for 4 nights but when first we check in and then we check out straightaway. We feeling bad about this building and never think to go back to stay there again! We are paying to stay there...

「This property is no good for older people, only one access card available the area is no good for visitors, area is too dark at night. My travel mate ended up falling into an unseen garden bed and breaking his collar bone (2 breaks) And lacerated ear. 22 stitches. Sent him to hospital he was there 9 hours in the meantime I had to stay in the apartment for all that time as they do not supply 2 access cards. The worse thing is I suffer from Diabetes and could not leave the apartment to get food as...
