“Getting in contact with anyone was impossible. I kept getting notifications through Expedia with numbers to call, but three different numbers were disconnected. I had to end up staying elsewhere. ”

“We have various incidents in this place, i wont recommended staying here. For example, the a/c didn't work , it took almost 4 days to resolve this issue. Secondly, the shower had no water pressure at all. The reception moved us to another apartment and it got worse, the bathroom sink was leaking and the entire bathroom got flooded, the a/c unit had this weird smell very unacceptable. I wont recommended staying here, management never took care of my issues poor communication.”

“We spent two weeks with Julio and loved it. He was very helpful, always attentive to our needs. Just a few blocks to the South there are beautiful quiet beaches. The mass transit stops . The place has a functioning washer and a powerful AC in every room. It was very clean and comfortable. I'd definitely come back if I were to visit San Andrés again.”

“Love that it was very close to the beach and little markets around the corner. Restaurants are easily accessible here and the area is quiet as well. AC came in very handy as it is very humid in this area. The power went out one afternoon but it was able to come back on after couple hours (not uncommon for power to go out). Staff was easily accessible and answered our questions as well. FYI it is not common to know places by address it is better if you name a common business near by so they know……

Calle oscura, quedamos por 30 minutos esperando hasta que consiguimos contactar una persona que nos dijo que la llave estaba en el buzón. No nos comunicaran por el portal e-mail o WhatsApp. Llegamos directo del aeropuerto con hambre pero no habia nada para comprarmos y el aplicativo Rappi no hace entrega en ese barrio. “Let me first say that we had an amazing time in San Andres. Sandra, who is your main contact there, was amazing and so helpful. We speak Spanish, so that was not an issue; I don't know how well she speaks English as we never communicated that way. However, she attended to all our needs and directed us to a fantastic stay. San Andres is probably one of the poorer islands in the Caribbean. Since it can't take cruise ships, it relies on Colombian tourists. I don't think there are a lot of expats……

“It was nice to be welcomed by Ricky at the airport to walk to the apartment which is just less than 500 meters away. The beach is about 10 minutes on foot and the shop to fill up drinking water is on the other side of the street which is super cool when you have to fill a big bottle for your week’s consumption. The flat is very clean and the cleaning lady cleans the shared kitchen every day, she also cleans your room Regularly , and changes sheets and towels ( once during a week’s stay). The……

“La struttura é molto carina, le camere sono pulite e tenute molto bene. Il personale é molto gentile, si mette a disposizione per qualsiasi cosa. C’è possibilità di combinare tutti i vari tour tramite il ragazzo della reception, che è davvero molto gentile. La posizione é vicino all’aeroporto, quindi non proprio in centro ma dista 20 minuti a piedi. A 5 minuti si raggiunge la spiaggia e nelle vicinanze si possono trovare caffetterie/ristoranti. Consiglio in quanto la zona é molto tranquilla ”
