A Truly Exceptional Stay at Grand Sirenis. San Andrés’ Hidden Gem! From the moment I arrived at Grand Sirenis, I knew I had chosen the right place. My room featured a private balcony with a breathtaking ocean view, offering the perfect spot to relax and take in the island’s beauty. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, creating a peaceful retreat after days of exploring. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and I must highlight Cristian, the manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He’s truly an exceptional person, professional, kind, and always willing to help with a warm smile. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of San Andrés, just minutes from the island’s main attractions, stunning beaches, and lively commercial centers. Whether you’re heading out for a day of adventure or a stroll through local markets, everything is conveniently close by. The food was delicious, with a good variety to please every palate, and the service was top-notch throughout. The property was always clean and well cared for, and there’s ample parking for buggy cars, which is a huge plus for those who love to explore the island on wheels. All in all, Grand Sirenis is truly one of the best (if not the best) hotel in San Andrés. I’m already looking forward to staying here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

This is the worst stay at a resort I have ever had. I hope this helps everyone, because I was very excited to stay at another Grand sirenis branch and was very happy with ny previous locations. I paid for an upgraded ocean view room, it was dirty, it smelled, it was leaking un Der the sink and the washer was not draining to the point the water was coming out the shower. No customer service, everyone was rude, I did not feel welcoming. At the food or bar area I felt like I did not want to order anything due to their attitudes!!! I wanted to no be at the Hotel any longer and just ate out the whole time and did not even want to be in the hotel. They did offer to move us but then this is such an inconvenience after everything is unpacked and you have limited time - this was honestly so disappointing and would not believe any of the rating they say here.

Everything about the property was nice except the food. The food was terrible. Pretty sure I got norovirus. The food in the buffet was not kept warm. It tasted awful.

On the plus side, the windows to the balcony are super thick cutting out the majority of outside noise - which is extensive. Besides this, the room is your average 3 - 4 star hotel in America. Think Holiday Inn express or a Marriott Courtyard at best. Interior corridors at this hotel are not really air conditioned. Hot and muggy throughout the hotel. Sadly, this facility is probably one of the best on the island. Overall, San Andes is a second tier beach resort town. I don’t think there is a value of $400+ a night at this hotel. People are friendly and helpful. But if you are expecting something above a 3.5 star service, this resort and San Andrés in general is probably not for you. I have heard from the locals that Providencia is more laid back and quiet. I may try there another time.

Avaliação Gran Sirenis San Andrés No check-out, os hóspedes são obrigados a avaliar a estadia, mas a pressa dificulta uma análise detalhada. O hotel não é de luxo, mas um mediano all-inclusive com restrições de serviços e horários. A estrutura carece de manutenção, com áreas sujas, móveis quebrados e elevadores lentos. As toalhas e amenidades são de baixa qualidade, condizendo mais com um hotel três estrelas. O bar do hall tem apenas um atendente, gerando filas de até 30 minutos. No bar da piscina, o atendimento de bebidas é ágil, mas a comida é desorganizada e mal preparada. Há apenas um dispensador de molhos e um saleiro para todos os hóspedes, o que é insuficiente. No restaurante Pérgola, que exige reserva, tive uma experiência ruim e outra razoável. No primeiro dia, o cardápio era impresso de forma amadora e sem entradas disponíveis. Na segunda visita, o cardápio completo e a simpatia dos atendentes melhoraram a experiência. O café da manhã e os buffets de almoço e jantar são medianos. Se você busca infraestrutura, conforto, serviço personalizado e gastronomia de alto nível, o Gran Sirenis San Andrés não atende essas expectativas, ficando atrás de redes cinco estrelas. Além disso, as avaliações positivas podem ser enganosas, já que são feitas às pressas no check-out. Essa foi minha experiência no hotel.

Comida muito abaixo do esperado, de resto tudo ok

O all inclusive com pior comida que ja visitamos. Comida sem sabor, muito gordurosa e ate mal acondicionada em determinados pontos. Outro ponto negativo é que existem apenas 2 bares para pegar bebida e eles só possuiam 1 barman cada. Ou seja, se eu quisesse um drink, refrigerante ou vinho, teria que esperar na mesma fila. Deveria ter geladeira com bebidas prontas para nos servirmos e evitar a fila dos drinks. De resto estava tudo bom, quarto limpo, estrutura nova, piscina boa e atendimento bom. A única pena é que a comida realmente deixou a desejar e maquiou as qualidades.
