The breakfast was made to order and excellent, best complementary breakfast we have had. Fresh mango juice and sliced pineapple for each guest and wonderful coffee. Wonderful cook preparing as guests order, so fresh made and not sitting in a warmer and breakfast is served at your table within minutes. Indoor seating and outdoor seating is provided or eat in the lounge are or in the comfortable seating in the patio/ pool area.

Our stay in San Andrés was absolutely amazing! The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful island atmosphere that made the trip even more relaxing. The location was perfect — close to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions, while still feeling peaceful and safe. The breakfast was absolutely delicious every morning, with great variety and fresh options to start the day. The staff was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and always made sure we had everything we needed. What truly made this place special was the hospitality. The team made us feel at home from the moment we arrived until the day we left. O quarto limpo, às vezes o chuveiro não ficava com água quente. A internet não pegava no andar de cima, o que foi muito ruim. Questionei algumas vezes e informaram que só os nossos telefones que não funcionavam, mas na recepção funcionava bem. E a colaboradora da cozinha era bem mal educada. As moças da recepção, todas ótimas. Fica um pouco distante, mas tem um lindo pôr do sol em frente e o ônibus passa em frente, dando para se dialogar com mta facilidade. No geral, foi um boa estadia.

A truly memorable stay thanks to the exceptional and attentive staff, especially Paula, who went above and beyond. Breakfast is a must-try! Light sleepers should avoid front-facing rooms due to road noise. Renting a 'mula' (buggy) for DIY island exploration is highly recommended. While the hotel boasts a lovely ocean view, consider that it lacks direct ocean access. The pool, though aesthetically pleasing, is rather small.
