「The hotel is a historic mansion with the architectural elegance. The room is small. Although each room has a balcony, there is no view at all as it is located on an inner street. If you open the window, it will be quite noisy. Many restaurants nearby. The breakfast and the waiter service are great. I've sent an email to request for a room at the higher floor. No response from them at all, but I was given a room on the lowest floor when check in. 」

「There was mold on the walls that made us all sick, there was stains on the bedding for the pull out bed (slept on floor wrapped in a towel). I enjoyed how many things were usable (hair curler, wine opener, glasses) and the rest of the place wasn’t bad. But very disappointing and not fun to get sick on the trip. Still waiting on compensation response from the owner. 」

「The rooms are on the little bit of the dirty side. I can stay in lower end hotels my one requirement is cleanliness and this one just gave me the creeps If you know what I mean. Dirty baseboards, corners and other people’s hair on the ground and a stain on the throw blanket on the bed is just no. Sorry but someone needs to say it. They need to do better the rooms are just not clean. Sorry the front desk is great but the place is not maintained well. 」

「Great location, parking possibilities nearby, nice quirky hotel, great breakfast. I only did not like the fact that on my arrival there was only a 10am time slot for breakfast available. Upon my resistance I was then put on a waitlist and later contacted by reception for an 8am availability. The breakfast itself was nice.」

「Hair in the bathroom on the floor and toilet, we had it cleaned again. We had booked for 3 nights but found bed bugs after the first night and demanded a refund for the remaining nights which we fought for and received. Very well placed for the old town」
