House includes everything you need, smart TVs, which can be used with Netflix and all cables channels, Wi-Fi, washer & dryer and more. This house is also suitable for babies and it includes a highchair and a pack ’n Play/travel crib. The high ceilings and skylights make this a bright and inviting space. This house Includes a perfect huge outside spot for sitting and enjoying the outdoors, BBQ and a hot-tub, under a covered patio with plenty of parking. I can assure you will love it!
Awesome location to visit all the downtown attractions. The house is located in a popular up and coming neighborhood, just minutes away from the Riverwalk, Alamo, Alamodome & downtown, few minutes away from tons of restaurants, bars and shopping and lots of other attractions. This is one of the best spots you could find in San Antonio.

- House is 100% non-smoking.
- Hot-Tub will not be heated prior to your arrival. If you wish to heat it up, you can do so when checking in. Please note it will take a few hours for the water to heat.
- Hot Tub maximum temperature can reach up to 95 degrees.
- Parties are NOT allowed! Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events.
- Please, no loud music after 22:00.
- Highchair and Pack n Play are available upon request.
- We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $50 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases.
- During your stay, I can connect you with recommended high-quality professionals who provide in-home treatments such as massages, facial treatments or private dining with a private chef. Feel free to ask me about it.
