Charming home with recent renovations sitting directly on Main Street in Boerne! This adorable home sits on a historic property near one of Trip Advisor’s “must see” spots in Boerne – The Weyrich Building, the oldest commercial stone building in Kendall County, built in the 1870’s. Enjoy the Hill Country Mile’s shops, restaurants and breweries and unwind back at the Weyrich House while enjoying a glass of wine (or your other favorite beverage!) on our sprawling front porch or comfortable covered pergola that sits on the property.

Amazing!! Perfect location. Walking distance to shops, dining, river walk path. Home very clean. Full washer and dryer. Large kitchen and great patio to sit and have coffee in the morning. Perfect place to spend a weekend exploring Boerne or anywhere in the Hill Country. HEB just around the corner for groceries and plenty of restaurants to walk to. Great host!! Minimal and easy check out requirements which is always nice. Wifi is very good and strong, great when you have family. Definitely would HIGHLY recommend.

A spectacular property, with charm and great amenities.

I wish I had more reasons to be in the area, because I would cheerfully stay here again. The property owner is responsive, but not intrusive, the house is just lovely, there was not a bad thing to be said about it. Maybe I will find more reasons to return to Boerne...

I loved being close to the beautiful old church…St Peter’s. It was open during the day to look through and pray. I loved the bells for the hour….very subtle and pretty. Los Guitaras is across the street and a very,very good restaurant. The days were hot and the appartment was nice and cool.

Great Stay on Main St.

Property is just as pictured, very clean, comfortable beds and linens, every toiletry needed was provided. Location directly on Main street is convenient and we walked to most locations. Great property and we will return again.

Wonderful stay right in town

This little place was wonderful! I went with my mom and aunt and we had a great stay. The property was very clean and smelled great. We had everything we needed during our stay, including extra tissues and toilet paper, which almost never happens! Being walking distance to restaurants and shopping was another perk. Location was great and we never had a problem with parking on site. My only suggestion would be to add some towel hooks in the bathroom because we had no wear to hang wet towels. I would recommend this stay for anyone checking out Boerne!
