Home away from home
Nathan’s place is amazing! I never felt so comfortable in a place away from my home. All the reviews lived up to the home. The place felt like you were staying in a high end hotel. Nathan was so receptive! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore San Antonio.

Nice and clean property
We really enjoyed our stay at the property, it is very clean and has everything you need. Garage play room was a huge hit with our teen boys! Walking to Alamo/Riverwalk takes about 30 minutes, but Ubers are super easy and cheap to get. Nice neighborhood restaurant nearby serving breakfast. Only downside is trains passing at night blowing their horns but that didn't bother us that much. Earplugs are provided if its a problem. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful and comfortable home
We were all very happy with this rental. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location is close, minutes by car or Uber to the riverfront area where there is shopping and many great restaurants as well as many other points of interest. We had a great time in San Antonio and highly recommend the property.

Great Stay
From the owner to the location to the proximity of everything SA this is a great spot to stay. We had more than enough room with our family to enjoy the house while moving around the SA area. The Alamodome is an easy 10 minute walk along with the Tower of the America's. The house had everything you needed and more. Bedding was fantastic and showers were great. Look forward to staying again next year.

Lovely property, great city
This was a great property, very nice and clean, and a quiet neighborhood, except for frequent trains. However, earplugs were provided and the trains didn't bother us. Some basic kitchen supplies were provided and included a coffee variety for the Kurig. We liked the San Antonio blend so much we bought some at the grocery store to take home. The grocery store, HEB, is convenient to the property. The property was convenient to all San Antonio sites that we were inerested in which were mostly downtown with the exception of a couple of missions and the SA Missions MiLB team stadium. San Antonio is a city filled with pleasant people, great food, and we would rent out this property again without hesitation.

Perfect home!
This house is walking distance from the downtown, Riverwalk, alomodome, etc. in a great location. Not a busy road at all either, even better of you have children. The house is beautiful , updated and cozy, feels like home. AND very well taken care of. One of the best home rentals we have had the opportunity to stay at. 10/10 recommend and we will be back next year!

Clean and Great Location to Alamodome
My family stayed at this property for a cheer competition that was held at the Alamodome. The house was super clean and great location for quick easy access to the Alamodome. There is a train close by but ear plugs or white noise machines easily help minimize the noise at night.

Comfy, modern, and great location
We had a great time in SA. The house was awesome. It included a lot of thoughtful details that we didn't think would be included. Very spacious and great space to relax and spend time together. Great location, close to downtown and nightlife. Would definitely book again.

Location to Riverwalk
This property was cute as a button. Everyone raved about the comfy-ness of the beds. It's very close to the Riverwalk. Less than 3 minute drive. Check in was a breeze and our host was so accommodating to provide early check in. Will stay again!

Rememberable
The property was as listed, pictures are spot on had items we did not even think of . Property manager Nathan responded quickly even though it was user error lol, he genuinely cared about our experience. The home is centrally located and a breeze to get to Riverwalk, Alamo, etc.. no more than a 5 to 8 minute drive. Uber so you don't have to pay for parking it's less. Thanks Nathan my family really enjoyed it our first big family trip since covid slept all 9 of us comfortable.

A short fun stay.

Weekend getaway in SA
This house was amazing and had everything we needed for our stay. Roomy and comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. The host was fantastic and even provided us places to eat at and had snacks and coffee in the house already. Also, the location of this house was perfect and close to everything we wanted to go to. Highly recommend this place you won’t be disappointed!

Pleasantly surprised
We had a great time at Nathan’s place. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located very easy to get around with public transportation and walking distance to most attractions ,awesome bars and restaurants. His place is great, very clean and has everything you need. Nathan was also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. Totally recommend it. You will not be disappointed.

Outstanding CLEAN home!
This home was spotless, none of the plug-in air fresheners that so many properties use. The place was clean, tidy, shampoo and conditioner in the showers, a nice selection of snacks and coffee in the kitchen...so many little touches that made it a very nice place to stay. The communication with the host was second-to-none, and they were cordial and professional and informative the whole time. They even made some suggestions of nearby eateries, three of which we tried and enjoyed immensely. PLEASE don't hesitate to visit this property. It's places like this that are flagship examples of the *right* way to do VRBO. Thanks very much for everything!!

Great location!
In town for a conference at the convention center. Excellent proximity to all San Antonio has to offer. Very comfortable beds! This was no issue for our group, but know that all bedrooms are upstairs if you have a guest who has trouble with stairs. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent proximity to activities and dining
This property is a gem. By first impression, The neighborhood might initially put you off a little but it was very safe and a family oriented block. A terrific location to Riverwalk ($7 Uber) and some great dining options like BLISS, Little Em’s Oyster Bar and Bar 1919. Owner was very accommodating with our pre arrival questions and upon arrival the home was immaculate and well stocked with your immediate needs such as coffee/creamer, bottled water and snacks were such a nice touch. On site requests were met with prompt response and solutions. Good internet and all the comforts of home. I would highly recommend for your stay in San Antonio.
