You will be relaxing in the main home of this property. The home is the main home of a duplex that has an attached unit with one common wall. There is off street parking for 3-4 cars in the circular drive. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms along with open living room, dining and kitchen area. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for family meals or just enjoying some fresh brewed coffee in the morning.
Bedroom 1 has a beautiful bold king size bed and a 43 inch tv, perfect for unwinding. Bedroom 2 has classy beach decor, queen size bed and 43 inch tv.
Bedroom 3 has a comfy fun vibe with a queen size bed 40 inch tv.
In addition, there are 2 roll away beds that are perfect for your additional family or guests.
There is a large covered patio, fire pit and grill for you to use.
Being so close to downtown puts you conveniently near tons of dining, both upscale and "hole in the wall" places that are a foodie's delight! You are also located close to shopping and some of San Antonio's best sight-seeing spots! Check out the guidebook for some suggestions and local favorites.
Guest access
You have access to the entire unit, all bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, kitchen and laundry space. You are also welcome to the fenced yard and large covered patio. The garage, the 2nd unit, and unit 2 drive way are not available for guest use.
Other things to note
The home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet deposit of $100 that will be due within 48 hours of request at booking.
Guests with undisclosed pets- reservation will be canceled without refund.
