Apartment Aida 202 is a cosy and welcoming 1 bedroom accommodation in Playa del Ingles3, in the south of Gran Canaria. The beach is only a few minutes walk away, as well as several restaurants and shops.

This pretty flat is perfect for couples, it counts on one bedroom with double bed, a kitchen- living room. It has a bathroom with shower, and a small basic kitchen with washing machine andkitchen utensils at yout disposal.

It features a roofed terrace with a dining area that offers views of the sea and it is located in an exclusive and very quiet complex with a communal pool and beautiful gardens with direct access to the promenade.

Apartment Aida 202 lies in a wonderful location; at the foot of the Playa del Ingles promenade and 20 meters from the elevator that will take you directly to the beach. It also has access to the beach by stairs located just 50 meters from the property.

All amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets, shops, beaches, pharmacies... just a two minute walk away. The walk leads to the beaches of San Agustin in Las Burras and ends up in Maspalomas; a very pleasant walk. This is the perfect flat for a beach holiday with all the amenities at hand.

Welcome and personal key delivery until 20.00.
A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.

Conditions

This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture.
A deposit of 400€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

2. Aufenthalt in der Anlage

Wir waren bereits vor 2 Jahren im AIDA. Da die Lage für uns perfekt zu Strand und Abends Essen gehen war, haben wir nochmal AIDA gebucht. Diesmal allerdings absichtlich ein anderes Appartement. Es war sehr schön, Frühstück in der Sonne, danach liegt die Wohnung im Schatten - nicht so heiß. Leider gab es nur 1 Bettdecke für 2. Sonst alles gut. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
